Standing!

Big Day today! Charles is spending more time standing alone without support. Someone has to be close to him and it's less than a minute he's up for, but he's making progress! I imagine he will be walking soon!

The Peanut is CrackerJacks!

I took Charles to our first baseball game of the season last night! We went with out friends Pat & Rhonda! He was super good- despite the cold Seattle air. We arrived in time for batting practice and everyone thought he was just super cute! We even "caught" a ball! Such a fun day off together! Had his first over-priced stadium burger too! I would say over-all he is a fan!

My Little Peanut Cotton-tail

Charles first Easter was pretty relaxing :) We just hung out together at home. Went for a walk outside, cooked "dinner" together... He loves guacamole- but Not Avocado! Such a little sweetheart!

Oh! The Places You'll go!

"You'll get mixed up of course,
As you already know.
You'll get mixed up with many strange birds as you go.
So be sure when you step.
Step with care and great tact and Remember that life's a Great Balancing Act.
Just never forget to be dexterous and deft.
And NEVER mix up your right foot with your left! "

Ten Months!!

Yesterday 3/19, Charles turned ten months old! Also a big deal to Me... He started to wave and say Hi! His first official "Hi!" was at Kelly Hitchcock who didn't mind at all! I'm just loving all of this new personality coming out in him!

9 Month Check-up!

Yesterday I took the Peanut for his 9 month check-up... Yes I realize he's almost 10 months, but it's hard to schedule those things the way my life has been lately :)
He is measuring at 28 1/2 inches long
18 pounds
And still has a huge head... 80th percentile!
Everyone at the pediatrician's raves about how sweet he is... AND THEY ARE RIGHT! :)
I just love that little guy!

True Seattle-ite :)

Any time I have solid food or anything to drink with a straw, Charles shows a keen interest. No surprise one of his favorite new toys happens to be an empty Starbuck's cup!
